Soaps will be shipped by USPS with both domestic and international orders.  I take great care in packaging the soaps to avoid damage in the shipping process, but if they do arrive damaged in any way, please contact me within 3 business days and we will try to resolve it.  Because of the glycerin in the soap, they may arrive oily, please try not to expose the soaps to heat and let sit at room temperature or leave in the fridge for a short while.

Due to the nature of my products, returns will not be accepted unless they arrive damaged.  Please contact me for any reason you are not happy and I will try to come up with a mutually satisfactory resolution.

If you need the order to ship earlier, it can be expedited for a rush fee of $2.00 US for each soap. Otherwise, orders are processed in the order received. Thank you!
